The Sojourns With Sue team may be just two women and a lot of coffee, but we like to think of ourselves as a well-oiled (and occasionally Aperol-spritzed) machine. We focus on inspiring women over 50 to travel solo with confidence and joy, but our tips, guides, and stories are just as useful for men and younger travelers who share our love of exploring the world. Together, we keep the travel advice flowing, the stories coming, and the adventures rolling.

Hi, I’m Sue. I started Sojourns With Sue to help women over 50 travel solo with confidence, joy, and just the right amount of cheek. From California coastlines to cobblestone streets in Italy, I share honest travel guides, hotel reviews, and stories that prove solo travel is both possible and deeply rewarding.

Anna is the reason Sojourns With Sue actually shows up in your feed instead of languishing in “someday I’ll post this” limbo. She manages our Pinterest boards, Instagram stories, and Facebook feed…making sure your scrolling time leads to inspiration, not overwhelm.

When she’s not scheduling posts or brainstorming content ideas, Anna is living her best life in Los Angeles and helping spread the word about the charming hotels, cafés, and destinations we love.
