My 30-Day Europe Packing List for Women (Works Across 3 Climates!)

Real-life tested. Stylish, practical, and lightweight(ish): this is exactly what I packed (and what I actually used) on my 30-day trip through Italy, Norway, and England.

Packing for a month-long European trip can feel completely overwhelming – especially when you're balancing warm cities, chilly coastlines, and unpredictable weather. I get it, because I just did it. Three countries. Three climates. One suitcase. And yes, I kept it under 23 pounds.

This isn't a generic list – it’s the one I actually packed, tested, and refined across 30 days in Europe. I'm sharing it free to help you simplify your own trip prep and pack with confidence.

Above all pack comfortable walking shoes and a reusable water bottle!

Have a great trip!
